KDU’s Grand Celebration of International Women’s Day: Cultural performances

The celebration also featured vibrant cultural performances that highlighted the strength, perseverance, and achievements of women. Traditional and contemporary performances captured the essence of resilience and triumph. The welcome dance by the Faculty of Computing was beautifully performed and added vibrant energy to the event. Law Faculty and Criminal Justice students captivated the audience with an outstanding drama, showcasing exceptional talent. Additionally, Ms. Esala Erangi from FMSH, Professor Nishantha Kumarasinghe from the Faculty of Medicine, and Ms. Sandhani Sandarenu from FAHS, along with students from the FMSH-TESOL degree program, delivered an inspiring musical performance. The Art Circle of the Medical Faculty also showcased their exceptional singing talent on stage.
