A Guest Lecture on “Pre-Construction commercial functions with project management perspective and preliminary estimating method and cost planning of buildings” was held on 19th of July 2023 at the KDUSC auditorium. The Ch. QS Mr. P.G. Prasanna Pushpajith, Commercial Director – MSc (Surv), MSc (Proj.Mgt.), MSc (Cons.Proj.Mgt.), FRICS, FAIQS, and AIQSSL was invited as the resource person. The Department of Quantity Surveying of KDU-Southern campus organized the event.
The students were highly benefitted to have a timely discussion with Ch. QS Mr. Prasanna Pushpajith. Students were able to sharpen their knowledge on commercial functions and Middle East practice. The event was also open to the academia, all QS undergraduates of KDUSC which amounted to over 200 participants.
