At General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, the Faculty Industry Consultative Board (FICB) meeting of the Faculty of Computing, held on September 22, 2023, marked a significant milestone in our commitment to academic excellence.
The FICB is a quadrennial event that brings together academic experts and industry leaders to collaboratively shape the future of all degree programs offered by the Faculty of Computing.
This occasion was graced by distinguished attendees, including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) Prof.KAS Dammika, the Rector-Southern Campus Major General LCR Jayasuriya RSP ndc psc, and the Dean of the Faculty, Dr. ADAI Gunasekara. Dr. Gunasekara extended a warm welcome to all attendees, including representatives from esteemed academic institutions such as the University of Moratuwa, the University of Sri Jayawardhanapura, UCSC, the Open University of Sri Lanka, and the University of Kelaniya.
