A blood donation campaign organized by General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University Hospital (UH-KDU), under the theme of ??Love, Togetherness, and Unity?? was held on 21st December 2023 for the third time at the hospital premises.

The program was held with the guidance and support of Director Medical Services ? Brigadier (Dr) PS Thilakaratne, Deputy Director Medical Services ? Surgeon Captain. HMAAS Herath, Director Administration ? Brigadier LWSR Wettasinghe and the Consultant Transfusion Physician ? Dr.T I Vithanawasm UH-KDU.

Hospital Staff and the civil community joined this campaign as donors with much enthusiasm to make the event successful.
