	Dr. Gordon Waiter Senior Lecturer University of Aberdeen, Aberdeen Biomedical Imaging Center, Institute of Medical Sciences University of Aberdeen A world renowned scientist and researcher; Deputy Director of the Aberdeen Biomedical Imaging Centre and lead of the SINAPSE IT and Image Analysis Committee. He is a senior lecturer at the Department of Radiology, University of Aberdeen, Scotland. He is also an expert in the analysis of functional MRI data, part of a larger Brain Imaging Group; and authored many publications related to the developing and aging brain particularly autism and Alzheimer's disease, face processing, cognitive neuroscience, self-processing, psychology, depression and others.
	Prof. Terrance Perera Senior Consultant of Sheaf Solutions Assistant Dean Academic Resources (Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering & Sciences) Sheffeld Hallam University, United Kingdom Senior Consultant of Sheaf Solutions and the Assistant Dean Academic Resources (Faculty of Arts, Computing, Engineering & Sciences) of Sheffeld Hallam University in the United Kingdom; and internationally known researcher and consultant in Systems Simulation. He leads Systems Modelling & Integration Research Group at Sheffield Hallam University and has worked with companies, such as, BAE SYSTEMS, Caterpillar, Sweden Posten, Greencore and ABP to implement simulation based solutions.
	Prof. (Dr.) S. Shanthakumar Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of Law GD Goenka University, Haryana, India An academic administrator, Law teacher, author, Legal practitioner; and currently the Pro-Vice Chancellor of G.D. Goenka University, Gurgaon [Delhi NCR], India. His Book on Human Rights Law published by Peoples Watch, is a Hand Book for training Human Rights Defenders by many Civil Society Organizations in India. He had executed the Environmental Law Capacity Building Project funded by the World Bank; the Law Teaching and Legal Research Skills Project of the British Council and Cardiff University, U.K. and a Research Project on "Audio Piracy" funded by the MHRD, Government of India.
	Prof. Nicholas Lawson Professor in Aerodynamics and Airborne Measurement National Flying Laboratory Centre, Cranfield University, United Kingdom Professor in Aerodynamics and Chairperson of Aerodynamics and Airborne Measurement in the National Flying Laboratory Centre. He is also a Chartered Engineer and member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Society of Flight Test Engineers. He manages the Cranfield University Bulldog flying test bed; and is a Compliance/Quality Manager for NFLC under EASA Part SPO.
	Prof. Chandima Gomes Professor in Electrical Engineering Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering University Putra Malaysia, Malaysia Professor of electrical engineering and researcher in high voltage engineering and lightning protection at University Putra Malaysia. He is an expert in power and energy, EMI/EMC, disaster management and occupational safety. He is also the founder of the Centre for Electromagnetics and Lightning Protection (CELP), Malaysia and the first Head of the Institute.
	Prof. N. S. Cooray Professor in Economics International University of Japan Associate Dean, Graduate School of International Relations, International University of Japan, and an eminent scholar in the field of Economics. His research and teaching interests lie in the areas of international political economy, development economics, econometric modelling and forecasting, macroeconomic policy, economics of conflicts, conflict, peace and development studies, governance, and ODA, poverty.
	Prof. Bharath Lohani Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India Prof. Bharath Lohani of the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, holds a PhD, ESSC, University of Reading UK. His research involves the use of high resolution remotely sensed data, especially LiDAR data, for 3D modeling, visualization and various other applications; and an expert in using GIS for innovative applications. Prof. Lohani also holds professional affiliations in several institutions including Institution of Surveyors, India; and Indian Society for Remote Sensing and Institution of Engineers, India.
