Welcome to Commanding Officer Administration
The Commanding Officer Administration is responsible for Planning and monitoring of the whole administrative matters and tasks of the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. Also Responsible for provide logistic facilities for the students and all the academic and non academic staff, Build and maintain the Buildings in KDU. The OCLS which is under in Commanding Officer Administration is the secretary of the tender board and appointed as the authorized certification officer for all financial transactions (as FR138) in KDU. Commanding Officer is looking forward to facilitate the cadets, day scholars, academic and non academic staff by providing best service to give them a unique experience of a better learning environment in university.
