On June 11, 2024, Good Shepherd Convent, Kandy, celebrated its Commerce Day with the theme “Women Entrepreneurship” under the title Preneuria 2024. The event featured a guest speech delivered by Dr Kalpana Ambepitiya, Director of the Career Guidance Unit, who highlighted the crucial role women entrepreneurs play in shaping the economy.
