KDU hosts a delegation from the National Defence University of Malaysia

On October 22, 2022, KDU welcomed Dato’ Dr Junaidah Binti Kamarruddin, Assistant Vice Chancellor – Services, Industry Relations & Corporate Affairs, and Prof Dr Azizi Miskon, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) of the National Defence University of Malaysia (NDUM).

The purpose of the official visit was to examine prospective partnerships in research, academic cooperation, and staff and student mobility. The Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Azizi Miskon of NDUM, presented the MOU signed by the Vice Chancellor of NDU Malaysia to the Vice Chancellor of KDU in person during the visit. Following the meeting, visitors were hosted for a lunch by the vice Chancellor of KDU at ‘Walawwa’.

The Deputy Vice Chancellor of KDU, Brig Wipula Chandrasiri, the Dean of the Faculty of Defence and Strategic Studies Col. Pradeep Ratnayake, the director of International Dr KMGP Premadasa and the Registrar, Mr VD Kithsiri joined the Vice Chancellor for the discussion and the lunch.
