instructions to authors

Authors are invited to submit Extended Abstracts/ Full papers of previously unpublished work through our online submission form . All manuscripts submitted will be accepted through a double-blind review process. Submission of the Extended abstracts/ Full papers to the conference follows a two-step process. The initial submission will be used in the peer review process. Upon acceptance, authors are required to submit revised manuscripts for the publication in conference proceedings with ISBN.
Only a limited number of accepted papers will be selected for oral presentations while the remainder will be selected for poster presentations. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines given below in category I & II to submit their manuscripts.

CATEGORY I

If you are submitting your manuscripts to any of the following sessions;

DEFENCE AND STRATEGIC STUDIES
LAW
MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES
BUILT ENVIRONMENT AND SPATIAL SCIENCES
COMPUTING


  • You are required to submit an extended abstract / full paper on or before the abstract submission deadline.
  • After the acceptance of the extended abstract/ full paper following peer reviewing, you will be requested to submit revised extended abstract and the revised full paper together with an abstract of no more than 300 words.
  • For those who has submitted extended abstracts for reviewing the submission of the full paper is compulsory in this category.
  • Extended abstracts, full paper should be in accordance with the guidelines given in (Link; Guidelines for abstracts/full papers).
  • Accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings with ISBN after the conference.

  • After the acceptance of the extended abstract/ full paper following peer reviewing, you will be requested to submit revised extended abstract and/ or full paper.
  • Submission of the full paper is not compulsory in this category. However, we strongly encourage you to submit full papers to be published in conference proceedings.
  • Extended abstracts, full paper and abstracts should be in accordance with the guidelines given in (Link; Guidelines for abstracts/full papers).

  • Abstract Acceptance Notification    Within 3 weeks

Other Information to Authors

  1. Al authors must register online prior to submitting their manuscripts.
  2. Author can submit more than one manuscript to the same or different sessions provided that manuscripts contain independent research.
  3. All authors must register and make necessary payments before the registration deadline.
  4. All presenting authors will be requested to submit a brief biography of themselves.
  5. Authors of accepted manuscripts will be asked to provide an abstract of no more than 300 words to be published in an abstract book for distribution on the day of the conference.
  6. Accepted full papers will be published in the Proceedings of the 10th International Research Conference of KDU with ISBN electronically.
