Dr. A I Kuruppu. from The Institute for Combinatorial Advanced Research and Education (KDU-CARE) has won a grant from NRC in 2022, for the research project titled ‘Nutraceuticals developed by traditional medicine for the local and export market’. Dr. Kuruppu has a keen interest in natural products, especially plants and to determine their medicinal activity to treat various diseases.
