Ceremonially Commenced Construction Works of Fuel Station of KDU

Under the supervision and guidance of Vice Chancellor of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU), Major General MP Peiris RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc MPhil, the necessary steps have been taken to establish a new fuel station in the university premises. After the construction of this fuel station, it is planned to provide fuel for the vehicles belong to KDU as well as both Military and Academic staff.

The ground breaking ceremony for the proposed fuel station was held on 24^th April 2023. Brigadier Chinthaka Wickramasinghe USP USACGSC, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Defence and Administration) of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University graced the occasion as the chief guest. Venerable Sanga invoked the blessings on KDU and all staff members of the organization. Deans, Directors, Tri-forces officers and Civil Staff participated in this special occasion.
