CIPM & KDU enters a collaborative MoU

The Charted Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (CIPM) and General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on January 17, 2024. The MOU enables both parties to collaborate and access a pool of academic knowledge and professional resources.

To facilitate this milestone endeavour, on behalf of KDU, Rear Admiral H.G.U. Dammika Kumara VSV, USP, psc, MMartime Pol, BSc (DS), the Vice Chancellor and the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof. K.A.S. Dhammika along with the Dean of Faculty of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities Dr. Lakshika Liyanage and the Head of the Department of Management and Finance Ms. D.D. Lokuge were present. Moreover, representing the CIPM, secretary Mr. Saman Jayawickkrama, Air Vice Marshal Mr. Manoj Keppetipola, editor Mr. Harendra Kuruppuhewa, Council Member Mr. U.A.C. Obeyesakara, CEO Mr. Sujeewa Perera and Manager Examinations Mr. Ravindu Sachintha were present.

This MOU is a milestone reached by the two prestigious institutions assuring mutual growth and shared vision while enhancing education and professional development.
