All Island Powerlifting Bench Press Championship Sees KDU Dominate with Impressive Wins
The Sri Lanka Powerlifting Federation successfully organized the All Island Powerlifting Bench Press Championship at the Moronthuduwa Divisional Secretariat office premises on 09 March 2024, where the KDU showcased remarkable strength and skill.
The event witnessed impressive participation from various institutions, including the noteworthy presence of 20 x officer cadets and 3 x day scholars from the KDU. The KDU powerlifting team displayed exceptional prowess, securing top positions across different weight classes.

With their stellar performance, KDU clinched the All Island Overall Junior Championship Trophy, solidifying their dominance in the powerlifting arena. The Moronthuduwa event showcased not only the physical strength of the participants but also the spirit of sportsmanship and dedication.
