Inter-Faculty Indoor Rowing Championship – 2025

The Inter-Faculty Indoor Rowing Championship 2025, hosted by the KDU Rowing Crew, took place at the KDU Indoor Basketball Court on February 10th and 11th. The championship featured eight competitive events, including:
- 500m Individual Race (Male/Female)
- 2000m Individual Race (Male/Female)
- 500m*4*4 Relay ((Male/Female)
- 1 Hour Endurance Relay (Male/Female)
Officer Cadets and Day Scholars from ten faculties competed in these events, showcasing their skills and determination to secure victory for their respective faculties. Over the two-day competition, the event was marked by a strong sense of sportsmanship and camaraderie among all participants.
The Faculty of Management, Social Sciences, and Humanities (FMSH) emerged as the champions, with the Faculty of Medicine (FOM) securing the runner-up position. Noteworthy achievements during the championship included a historic feat where, for the first time in KDU Rowing history, a team surpassed 16,000 meters in the 1-Hour Endurance Relay, reaching a total of 16,400 meters.
The titles of Best Male Indoor Rower and Best Female Indoor Rower will be awarded to the most outstanding male and female participants, recognizing their exceptional performances throughout the competition.
