VISIT OF THE DELEGATION FROM THE GULF MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, UAE

 A delegation from Gulf Medical University in the United Arab Emirates,   along with representatives from the Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau, visited KDU on 28^h July 2025. During the visit, delegation met the Vice Chancellor Rear Admiral HGU Dammika Kumara, VSV, USP, psc, MMaritime Pol, BSc (DS) to discuss potential opportunities   for student exchangs in MBBS and Nursing degree programmes at KDU.

The visiting team included Dr Vinod Abraham, Director- External & Internal Affairs from Gulf Medical University and Eng Chandena Edirisooriya – CEO, Major General Renuka Udawatta (Rtd) Senior Consultant, Mr Nimal Herath – Management Consultant, Brigadier B Higgoda (Rtd) Consultant , Ms Upekkha Siriwardana – Maneger HRM rom Mahaweli Consultancy Bureau.
