Book Donation and Certificate Awarding Ceremony – 2023

On the direction of the Vice Chancellor of KDU, the Permanent Staff Civil Welfare Fund, officer cadets, and academic and administrative staff donated the annual school books and stationery requirement for the children of the non-academic staff of KDU for the year 2023.

The formal event of the book donation was held at the FGS auditorium on 9^th January 2023 where the Vice Chancellor, Major General Milinda Peiris RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc MPhil symbolically handed over the donation to a few students in the presence of DVC Defence and Administration, DVC Academic, Registrar, Deans of the faculties and academic and non academic staff members. Certificates of appreciation were also presented at the same event to those who performed at the KDU Christmas Carols on 2^nd December 2022.
