Blood Donation Campaign Organized by University Hospital, KDU

A blood donation campaign organized by General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University Hospital (UH-KDU), under the theme of ‘’Love, Togetherness, and Unity’’ was held on 21^st December 2023 for the third time at the hospital premises.

The program was held with the guidance and support of Director Medical Services – Brigadier (Dr) PS Thilakaratne, Deputy Director Medical Services – Surgeon Captain. HMAAS Herath, Director Administration – Brigadier LWSR Wettasinghe and the Consultant Transfusion Physician – Dr.T I Vithanawasm UH-KDU.

Hospital Staff and the civil community joined this campaign as donors with much enthusiasm to make the event successful.
